Loanees Joe Hart, Eliaquim Mangala, Samir Nasri, Wilfried Bony and Jason Denayer could also leave, while there is uncertainty over the futures of Sergio Aguero, Vincent Kompany, Aleksandar Kolarov, Fabian Delph, Fernando and Kelechi Iheanacho.
Guardiola will then get around £150 million to spend to rebuild a team after the horror of their last-16 Champions League elimination at the hands of Monaco.
