CHELSEA AGREES FIRST SUMMER DEAL

Chelsea ready to launch staggering £55m bid to bring Serie A star at London

According to the Italian media outlets, Chelsea are ready to beat Manchester United in transfer race for Inter Milan midfielder Ivan Perisic, as the west London giants ready to plot £55m massive bid.
The Stamford Bridge giants are one of a number of teams being linked with the 28-year-old Perisic at the moment after his fine form over the years in Serie A.
Although Antonio Conte isn’t exactly short of options in attacking midfield with Eden Hazard, Pedro and Willian all impressing this term, the Italian tactician is seemingly keen to improve the depth of his squad for the added demands of Champions League football next year.
The Croatia international is reportedly one of Conte’s top targets and the reports from Corriere della Sera suggest the Premier League leaders are lining up a club-record £55m bid to bring Perisic to Stamford Bridge.
Inter Milan are looking to make at least one big sale in a bid to meet Financial Fair Play restrictions, and Premier League interest in Perisic makes him a likely contender to leave the San Siro.
The former Wolfsburg man has managed to score ten goals and provided six assists from the flanks this season, playing both on the left and right-hand side.
